Investment in real estate business and real property development has proved to be the most ideal industry for Freshmans Limited to concentrate its efforts in both the short and medium term plans. The decision has been drawn based on various national and sectoral performance indicators. The company’s experience in real estate business is a sound base which requires further concentration and consolidation.
Freshmans returns in the short run have been good. As an Investment Club, there are a few modifications that have to been put under consideration to address the long term concerns:
